Wonderful

We really liked the hotel, the staff was very friendly, the territory is beautiful and large, the rooms are large, we did not cook in the room, but the kitchen had everything you need to cook. The food in the hotel was delicious and quite varied (except for breakfast and fruit). There was plenty to choose from: many types of fish, meat, side dishes, desserts. Very tasty ice cream. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to Cala Bona beach. 25 minutes to Cala Milor beach. We really liked both beaches. Large embankment, there is where to walk. The animation team is unobtrusive. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Exceptional

Loved the hotel.. staff were very friendly & attentive , very clean public areas, rooms and restaurant . Food was great with lots of choice, only downside was wine was very poor. Otherwise very impressed with the whole all Inc experience.

Paper cups… very bad wine.

Wonderful

Have been here before but couldn't rebook through Easyjet so went to Bluesea Playa in Sa Coma- stayed one night and left! Was delighted to be able to get to Protur floriana for the rest of our holiday. Staff lovely, location perfect,food amazing! Cannot recommend this hotel enough

Really great that there were several pools. And the resort was nicely spread out.

Probably could have done with more vegan options at breakfast.

Absolutely great deal for the price, everything was good for a 3 stars hotel.

Great kids swimming pool, property well maintained, great size of bedrooms, indoor swimming pool, decent food for the price. In general lovely staff, always welcoming and friendly with a smile in their faces. Mini club, kids disco, good option for staying with kids.

After a few days food was quite repetitive and it was not great options for vegetarians, mini disco kinda same every night, could have more variety of kids entertainment. We also missed a kids playground close to main area.

Very Good

The cleaning staff was starting with cleaning way too eatly at around 8:30 and was making a lot of noise by moving the furniture around on the tile floor. That resulted in waiking us up in a quite unpleasant way. There wasn't a hair dryer in the room, so my friend needed to get one from the main reception desk in another building and pay 10e deposit.

Fantastic 3 night break with 1 major flaw (beds)

Hotel was beautiful, location nice and quiet, food was delicious. Apartment was very spacious, lots of activities for kids and big kids. Reception although we didn't need to ask was always happy to help, Marina especially for taking us to our apartment when we arrived late. Well done Protur for a excellent 3 night break. Its about 10 minute walk to cala bona town which is full of restaurants and bars/shops and about 20 mins to cala millor with a beautiful beach, its worth a extra walk just for the beach. Beautiful holiday ️

Sometimes reviews can be a little exaggerated but this is a true, the beds are awful rock hard it is like sleeping on concrete. Cocktails are a NO barman charged us for 2 pina coladas!!! Honestly I've used better for the loo awful!!!! And we went All inclusive. I then downloaded the bar drinks on the app and found what's included in All inclusive and what you have to pay for. Extra pillows ask at reception who will always help you.

Much better than anticipated, we will stay here again!

Our room was much better than we had expected, having read visitor reviews before arrival. We'd requested a quiet room and the room was spacious. The air con worked well, given the extremely high August temperatures and humidity. Yes, the bed is firm but not impossibly uncomfortable. Breakfast was good, as was the tea/cake in afternoon.

We were not keen on lunch or dinner selection, but the overall price made it affordable to eat elsewhere. Pool areas are very busy and quite small for the amount of guests. We had a car so we travelled to local beaches.

We had a perfect holiday which met expectations after reading lots of reviews. We’d definately stay in a Protur hotel ag

Just as pictured. Several pools, lots of space. Good location near shops. Gardens well maintained with some beautiful flowers. Room cleaned regularly and cleaner so friendly and welcoming. Staff couldn’t have worked harder. Mealtimes ran like a well oiled machine! Great selection of food. Entertainment adequate and good for kids. Our son enjoyed the nightly mini disco. We took several day trips all within about 30 mins drive- stunning beaches, pretty towns, castles, Sunday market, points of interest. Never visited Mallorca before and although it is touristville you can still get some delicious authentic food out and about.

There could have been more recycling bins around for the paper cups. Other residents smoking on their way back to their rooms at night time and leaving cigarette buts near the entrance to the blocks- not sure what the hotel can do about it but just wanted to flag it! I would say it was all swept and cleaned promptly.

The facility was good.However as a disabled person the restaurant and the pool was a long walk whereas the picture above gives false impression of the resort I was in block F which was for me a long walk.

The fact I was in a block a long way from the restaurant and the main pool and the entertainment in the evening

Great family resort

Fab last minute 5 day holiday with x2 adults plus 1 child. When we arrived the Reception staff were very friendly & accommodating & also offered help to get to our room with our luggage. The apartment was exceptionally clean & cleaned each day we were there too, with all towels changed each day for clean ones. Kids all enjoyed the pool water polo. The highlight of the day was participating in aqua aerobics with Roberto along with the resort dance at the end of the session! More than enough choice of food, with most dinners having a theme, ie - Spanish, Indian, Chinese, which we enjoyed very much.

The apartment was not big enough for x4 and the couch for x2 to sleep on was not comfortable.

Nice facility in nice surroundings.

The location to the town and beach was excellent. A short stroll to Cala Bona and Cala Millor. Room serviced everyday and clean towels provided. Staff very friendly. Check out was 12 noon but we did have the use of the gym to have a shower with clean towels before pick up which was great.

Food: First time going all inclusive so don’t have anything to compare to so would say it was just ok. Breakfast and lunch menu was basically the same everyday and had a variety of deep fried food options as well as pizza, salads, fruit and ice creams. Dinner in the main restaurant was extremely busy and as it was self service it wasn’t the most enjoyable experience. Desserts were not to our taste but there was a lot of choice. Drinks menu was limited with an additional charge for named brands and cocktails. The wine was not good and was served by tap! Pool: The pool by our apartment in block H was extremely busy and was quite small. The sun bed situation was a bit of a challenge. Unless you were out by 7.30 in the morning you had very little chance of getting a bed as all beds were reserved with towels with some not being used until early afternoon? All of the activities were based around the main pool with no entertainment provided in the other areas. Not sure it’s best value for money based on what we paid for 1 week.
